Poke offers full support for Gmail and Outlook inboxes, calendars, and contact sync.

We have no immediate plans to support other email clients like iCloud or Yahoo Mail, but we are looking into these for the future.

We offer integrations with Notion, GitHub, Linear, and more - you can browse them all in our recipe directory. We're always adding new ones, though, so if there's something you want us to add, let us know at poke@interaction.co!

If you're feeling ambitious, you can also build and add custom integrations using MCP. Check out our docs to learn more.

Think of it like this: by default, your conversations with Poke are as private as your thoughts.

When any integrations like Gmail, Notion, or Oura are connected, no human will be able to see any of your chats or personal data. We also do not train models on this data.

You can adjust your privacy settings at poke.com/settings/privacy. We will never change this setting on your behalf. Learn more at poke.com/privacy.

Most features in Poke are free. If you find yourself hitting limits, ask Poke to help you upgrade. Chat to find a price that works for you. If you have any issues or are unable to upgrade, please email us at poke@interaction.co.

We're really sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your account, head to poke.com/settings/privacy and click "Delete Account." The full deletion process may take up to 24 hours.

We don't support multiple phone numbers yet. If you need to change yours, email us at poke@interaction.co with:

(1) Your current phone number, (2) the new number you want, and (3) the email you used to sign up.

We'll take care of the rest!

Head to poke.com/settings/messaging and pick your preferred channel. Just know that Poke might text you from different numbers depending on which platform you choose.
