Allows the user to text a medication name and pharmacy name. Once configured (e.g., via a custom integration or email/MCP at poke.com/kitchen), it drafts or sends a refill request, or reminds the user to place the order, and logs the confirmation. It can also set up recurring refill reminders to prompt the user before prescriptions run out.
