Poke in iMessage group chats

iMessage group chatsPoke now works in iMessage group chats. Try adding Poke to any conversation to get help with:
  • finding up-to-date information from current events and the internet
  • figuring out group activities and itineraries
  • translating the conversation or message content
  • generating images of group members from a reference
…plus the regular stuff like answering general questions and chatting with the group.

Functionality

In group chats, Poke understands the context of the conversation and responds naturally to inline replies. It can respond when mentioned (iMessage mention or simply with “Poke”), search the web to help settle debates or find information, and generate and edit photos. We are looking into adding group event scheduling and shared context with individual chats in the future.

Privacy

In the group setting, Poke cannot access any member’s personal information, such as emails, calendars, or integrations. In order to use Poke in a group chat, at least one member must be registered. All group chat messages are protected under our Maximum Privacy setting, so no human outside of the chat can see them. You can read more about privacy at poke.com/privacy.If you experience any issues with Poke in group chats, please reach out to us at [email protected] for troubleshooting.
